FREE Kids' Workshop: Deflecting Bullying / Relaxation & Meditation

As part of St. Paul's new "Creative Exploration" series, we are hosting a monthly event for kids K thru 12, with each workshop exploring something creative (art, music, dance, crafts, writing, meditation and more). NOVEMBER's Workshop covers RELAXATION, MEDITATION & DEFLECTING BULLYING. Kids will learn new coping skills, how to handle stress, and how to deal with bullying.

OCTOBER kicks off the series with "PAINTING: Canvas Concoctions!" Kids will explore the fun of painting in acrylics on a stretched canvas, and will take home a finished work of art!
